Wholesale selection is our new offerings to maximize the utilization rate of our newly purchased roasting machine early this year. It took us a while to get a hang of the machine and now we are ready to make bulk offerings for high volume drinkers whether at home or at work or perhaps for cafe owners.
We intend to do the offerings twice a month. The planned dates is on the 1st of the month and 15th of each month.

For the 5th offerings we have selected a special fruity espresso coffee from Colombia. For this selection, we are making it an extra spicy selection where we usually roast it for Filter, however dialing in for espresso, this coffee has a deep chocolate notes with added spicy-ness and goes really well over the milk. Over milk the acidity is somewhat muted with elevated chocolate and cacao nibs. 

"Upon grounding, the incense imparts the aroma of maraschino cherries, black berry and wine-soaked plum. At First sip sweet flavour of black berries, cherry wine and a sweet tangy flavour of fruit vinegar. Then it transition into the aroma of Lapsang Souchong tea with a dark chocolate ending. The coffee has strong and deep flavour."
