This coffee is part of his Maker Series, a collective of exceptional coffee curated by Berg Wu himself. There are two types, the first being the Washed Lot and the other is the NanaMooz lot, an experimental where the cherry is fermented/inoculated with Banana. We thought its a little bit extreme and we decided to go with the washed ones.
This offering is a Yigacheffe Washed process which has been chosen by Berg Wu. The farm selected is sits at 2300 masl situated in Yigarcheffe and Graded as Wuri lot for it being grown at a very high altitude
