Wholesale selection is our new offerings to maximize the utilization rate of our newly purchased roasting machine early this year. It took us a while to get a hang of the machine and now we are ready to make bulk offerings for high volume drinkers whether at home or at work or perhaps for cafe owners.

For the 8th offering we have selected a traditionally process coffee where it is process as Pulp Natural. This process is commonly known in Brazil. IT is also similar to the honey process however, the amount of mucilage is lower to be classified as honey. Upon completion of the drying process the dried parchment is hulled and sorted. This process create a round and sweet coffee where it is suitable for both with or without milk. 

"The dry aroma is filled with orange peel, grapefruit, hazelnut, and honey. Upon tasting, the vibrant notes of orange peel, orange, and grapefruit unfold, with honey, floral hints, black tea, and hazelnut rounding out the clean, sweet finish."
