Hope everyone is well and we are picking up the momentum after the long holiday and the month long fasting month. We hope you enjoyed the previous monthly selection especially the 2 special coffee from ALO.
For the month of May, we have selected 4 coffee from the top producing countries of coffee. They are Colombia, Costa Rica, Ethiopia and Kenya. It has been a while since we select coffee from Kenya and for the upcoming one we have a coffee from the Mutheka FCS.
From Colombia, we have a special coffee from the highly regard experimental processor, Edwin Norena. This coffee comes from his main farm, Finca Campo Hermoso. This geisha variety under went a fermentation process together with the coffee cherry juice, also known as Mossto.
Up next is the African Gesha, hail from Bench Maji region where the Gesha is grown out in the wild. This coffee is from Gesha Village and processed as natural
Last but not least, a sundried coffee with a unique drying method which elevate the sweetness and flavour of the coffee. We present to you coffee from Hacienda Sonoro, Bourbon.
