Hello Friend!
This month's selection explores how variety, processing, and origin come together to create distinctly different expressions in the cup. From Colombia's progressive approach to fermentation and Bolivia's emerging specialty coffee landscape to Ethiopia's celebrated washed-coffee tradition, these four coffees showcase both innovation and provenance, each offering its own interpretation of aromatics, sweetness, and complexity.

Ethiopia's Berg Wu Selection Washed Yirgacheffe Wuri brings clarity and terroir into focus, showcasing the refined character and aromatic elegance for which washed Yirgacheffe coffees are renowned. Completing the selection, Colombia's Finca Inmaculada Geisha Natural presents another perspective on the celebrated Geisha variety, using natural processing to emphasize fruit intensity, sweetness, and aromatic depth.
