Hello friend,
For the month of September, we are excited to present four outstanding coffees from Ethiopia, Kenya, and Honduras.
We begin with two exceptional lots from the renowned Ethiopian producer Tamiru Tadesse, sourced from Chilaka Village. Showcasing different processing methods, the Honey process delivers a cup brimming with clarity and delicate florals, while the Washed process highlights a syrupy texture with refined floral notes.
Our next feature takes us to Kenya, with a lot from the Gachatha Farmers’ Cooperative Society (FCS). Representing the work of around 900 active farmers—each tending an average of 200 coffee trees—this high-altitude coffee offers a smooth, fruit-forward profile that embodies the elegance of Kenyan terroir.
Rounding out the selection is a vibrant coffee from Honduras, produced by Yaneth Rodriguez. Growing up in a coffee-farming family, Yaneth began with just three hectares and dedicated herself to cultivating specialty-grade coffee as a way to expand her farm and improve her livelihood. Passionate about natural processing, she believes it best showcases the unique attributes of her coffees—expressive, complex, and full of character.
Information on the coffee can be found below
- Ethiopia - ALO Village Selection (Honey & Special Washed)
- Kenya - Gachatha AB by Gachatha FCS
- Honduras - Finca La Union Natural Bourbon
The July Selection will be delivered on the 4th September
And as a special highlight this month, we’re including 50g of Panama Geisha from Kotowa Rio Cristal – Natural Geisha Lot 9033. This rare and exquisite coffee embodies Panama’s legendary Geisha profile: intensely floral, layered with tropical fruit sweetness, and carrying a silky, refined finish.
