How time flies!

As we approach the year-end, we would first like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to all of you for your unwavering support. It is your encouragement that has fueled our passion to source remarkable coffees from around the globe over the past 11 months, working with some of the world’s most innovative producers. Together, we’ve delved into the nuances of origins, processes, varieties, and flavors. Your continuous support inspires us to aim higher, and we hope to embark on even greater adventures as we prepare to reset to Selection #1 in 2025.

For this December, we are thrilled to bring you four exceptional coffees that truly reflect the artistry and dedication of their producers. First, the Bolivia Kusillo Java Natural by Fincas Los Rodriguez comes from the high-altitude farms of Bolivia. Its tropical fruit notes, honey sweetness, and floral hints are beautifully expressed through a meticulous natural process, showcasing the sustainable innovation and commitment of Fincas Los Rodriguez.

Next, we present the Colombia Finca Milan – Loco Series: April, a coffee that captivates with peach juice and lychee aromas, accompanied by hints of strawberry and delicate rose. Its sweet and juicy taste, paired with an elegant finish, highlights Finca Milan’s mastery and bold experimental approach.

Adding elegance to this lineup is the Ethiopia Berg Wu Selection – Washed Yirgacheffe, crafted with precision at the Wuri washing station. With a clean floral profile of jasmine, bergamot, and peach, this coffee embodies Ethiopia’s rich legacy as the birthplace of coffee. Finally, from the lush terrains of Panama, we introduce the Mi Finquita Caturra Natural – Beny Lot, a vibrant and sweet coffee that delights with notes of strawberry, red apple, and candy-like sweetness. This rare gem is a testament to the craftsmanship that has made Panama a global coffee powerhouse.

Each coffee in this December selection tells a unique story of quality, craftsmanship, and innovation. Together, they serve as a perfect reflection of how far we’ve journeyed over the past 11 months.
