China's The Nest × Hachi Coffee Chenxi showcases the remarkable progress of specialty coffee production in Yunnan, where meticulous cultivation and processing continue to redefine perceptions of Chinese coffee. Cerro Alto Micromill Catuai Natural from Costa Rica demonstrates the sweetness and fruit complexity that have made the country's micromill movement a benchmark for quality. Kenya's Rungeta Kii AA offers the vibrant acidity and structured fruit character that have long defined the country's finest coffees, while Ethiopia's Berg Wu Selection Natural Guji presents a lively and expressive natural profile from one of the world's most revered coffee-growing regions.
