Hello Friend!
This month’s selection explores a spectrum of floral elegance, layered sweetness, and expressive fruit complexity. From experimental Colombian processing to carefully controlled Ethiopian drying methods and a refined Peruvian Geisha, June’s lineup highlights coffees that emphasize clarity while presenting distinctly different personalities in the cup.
From Colombia, Los Nogales Pink Bourbon Bloom showcases modern processing precision applied to one of the most celebrated varieties in specialty coffee. Known for its floral intensity and expressive acidity, this lot reflects the innovative approach that has become synonymous with Los Nogales.
From Ethiopia, Elto Bona Zuria Slow Shade Dry (SSD) demonstrates how controlled drying can shape sweetness and preserve delicate aromatics. The slow shade drying approach extends the drying period, allowing flavors to develop with greater refinement and complexity.
From Peru, La Lucuma Geisha Honey offers a different expression of Geisha through honey processing, bringing together vibrant aromatics with a richer texture and sweetness.
Completing the selection is Ethiopia Banko Taratu Washed, a coffee that reflects Ethiopia’s heritage through clean processing and layered floral-fruit clarity.
Together, these four coffees present a journey through innovation, variety, and terroir.
The January Selection will be delivered on 4th June or 10th June
