Roasting management. 

We took about 2 week after the last Black Friday to ponder, how to run this whole operations again. Last year we had a good run and we succeeded in managing re-organize our procurement systems due to the fact that USD reached to a level of 1 USD : 4.74 MYR in mid 2024. 

Before we started the 2026, we wanted to have a far better and smoother fulfilment process which consist of roast planning and label printing (major part of packing). We the help of AI, we have created an in house ERP system which synchronizes orders into a proper enterprise resource planner which helps to read through the weekly, monthly and 3 monthly order ranges that help us to predict and create a log where what is too much and what is to low. We have been running the program for the past one week and we hope that the system will improve our fulfilment process.
