What we have here is from a Microlot offerings from Los Laureles. The farm is about 3 hectare in size and sit an altitude of 1850 masl. Being located, at a high altitude, the best method to process this lot is through Honey Process. Of which only the ripest cherry is picked, slightly depulped and dried on African Beds.
We are facinated by the notes produced by this first offerings from Peru. When the coffee is grounded, you can fee the aroma of orange, caramelish and walnut. At first sip, is orange peel, cranberry with hints of floral fragrance. Its acidity is towards mulberry/blacberrry flavour with an aftertaste of cocoa.
