The coffee is planted at 1700 masl and this coffee comes from a single family owned farm. The owner Dieter and Holly Nottebohm are husband and wife, they have been living in Guatemala for a very long time. Finca Nueva Granada is fairly a new project by Snr Dieter. Asides from Finca Nueva Granada, Snr Dieter owns another estate together with is brother, Thomas. The other farm is known as the Pacayal estate which is located near Atitlan volcanoes.

What we have here is the coffee of the Bourbon variety and process as natural processing. We are truly fascinated by the coffee from the aroma point of view. Winey and fruity in taste. Rich with layered in aroma.

The dry aroma composed of grapes, slightly wine aroma and strawberry and peach. You can feel the aroma of wine, grapes and fragrance at the entrance. Sweet strawberry and peach aroma, followed by mango juice with a little raisin flavor, firm and strong.
