Twakok comes is a combination of two words which means sweet + peach. This coffee is originated from the south of Ethiopia, that produces coffee with distinctive flavour,Oromia,

This is a natural processed coffee. It is produced by small holders which owns approximately 2 hectares per "garden" which means the coffee farm is managed by household farmers rather than large cooperatives. This coffee is a direct sourced coffee by a South East Asian Trader which is based out of Vietnam.

This coffee is roasted at a charge temperature of 170c with a development time of 12%. During the pre-cup, we notice that the coffee contains a high aroma of chocolate, floral and fruity flavours coming out. The floral notes is like jasmine flower and fruity notes of strawberry. 

When grounded, the fruity aroma gets stronger and the chocolate became less. During brewing, the notes changed into jasmine, lavender, peach and strawberry. The notes keep changing at the time of reviewing this coffee. The first sip is sandalwood accompanied by a soft lemony acidity mouthfeel. A sweet fruity strawberry emerges and ended with a sweet peach. The after taste felt like strawberry chocolate.

It came a long way and will not disappoint its brewer.
