

The beans is cultivated in the Highlands of Bensa district, surrounded by the mountains of Bale. It grows in the shade at altitudes between 1800 and 2000 meters above sea level. This coffee has an explosive flavors of tropical fruits and tea.
This sweet, perfumey coffee tastes of peach and cream soda upfront. A smooth, silky mouthfeel also stands out, making this one of our favorite surprise releases of the year.

Espresso Machine : 18.5g with a ratio of 1:2 ground to water ratio. Add another 74/75 ml of hot water or fresh milk for your own preferences. (Let us know if you want an espresso profile)
