This is truly a gem. This particular washing station serves approximately 1500 farmers around the Oromia region. To shine among other washing station, the processors Ashebir and Tamrat have implemented a selective screen prep and 4 minutes per stop on the sorting conveyor belt. Typically, the the process is about 30 second. When the flow get slower, the workers are able to sort coffee in great detail. Resulting a very standout and clean selection of coffee in terms of taste.

Ethiopian coffee industry is very competitive, putting extra efforts means extra reward. 

We really love this coffee. It has a very fruity character balance with complexity of floral. The special preparation has offer notes of watermelon candy, mangosteen, caramelize apple and lemon soda. Hints of bergamot and eucalyptus emerges when the coffee is warm. It is not acidic. Best roasted light at around 202C drop temperature
