This is another offering from METAD by the Adinew Brothers. Information about the two can be found here.
Like the Hambela Alaka, this coffee is named after a village in Guji, Bishan Fugu. This lot is contributed by farmers which grew coffee in their garden and is processed naturally at the METAD Hambela wetmill.
This coffee is different from the Bishan Dawala coffee that is in our selection. When in the form of ground, the dry notes is strawberry, blueberry, peach, mango raisin and multilayered floral notes. At first sip, the blueberries is very clear and an be felt clearly and followed by grape juice with orange peel and floral notes. The coffee is sweet, full and juicy. It has a Sugus (childhood candy) after feel.
