A sweet and long after taste.

The green bean is smaller than average with a density of 0.711g/mL which is well above average. Prior to roasting, the moisture of the coffee sits at 9.9%.

The primary attributes of this bean is its sweetness with an intense citric and malic which contributes to the sparkling (gassy) notes as it hits your taste bud. It's creamy and light. Best consumed this coffee to start off your day. Look for the strawberry like aroma while brewing!

The beans is cultivated in the Guji Zone. It grows at altitudes between 1650 and 1800 meters above sea level.


Varietal Heirloom

Process : Natural

Roast Profile - Light Medium Roast (12% weight loss after roasting with a 8% development time)


Easy to handle with french press - coarse ground with 1:20 ground to water ratio. 

V60 Notes : Give it a try with 1:16 ground to water ratio. Try a slightly coarser than normal grind.

Espresso Machine : 18.5g with a ratio of 1:2 ground to water ratio. Add another 74/75 ml of hot water or fresh milk for your own preferences. (Let us know if you want an espresso profile)
