At his mill, they currently only produce natural process coffee. Theres around 70 African beds that make up the mills drying station. At a very high altitude, the cherries matures slowly and produced a very aromatic and mouthfeel coffee. Quality is important for Mr Abraham. Red and ripe cherries are handpicked for processing. At high altitude too, the cherries are dried slower this somewhat made the difference in taste and aroma for this exceptional nanolot.
