Colombia El Eden Supremo

This is a durable bean that can withstand roasting past second crack. It is dense. With an average of 688g/ml of density, we know that there are something in store within every beans.

Under espresso extraction, the cup produces a cherry vanilla scents. When consumed, it is very succulent and fleshy mouthfeel like ripe peach or nectarine. The after taste is lemony with a brisk of acidity. Look for the tangerine notes if consumed as black coffee.

If combined with milk, it is sweet with a hints of honey, molasses sugarcane and slight limey. If done with the right ratio, your latte might taste like matcha latte/green tea latte. 

We roast this bean on a Full City roast without pushing it to enter the second crack to preserve the deep and dense characteristic of this bean.

Annually, the farm only produce around 1.8 tonnes of these coffee. Truly a limited edition coming from the 3rd biggest producer in the world.
