What is your Return Policy?
If your are completely not happy with your purchase (damaged during shipments or wrongly delivered item) you can send it back to us
- Returns must be made within 5 days from your recieved products
- Damaged items must be returned together with the original packaging
- Item bought during promotional events (samples) are not accepted for return and exchange.
What will you get?
You will get an exchange for the wrongly sent item and the damaged goods.
How can you return your purchase?
Please email to email@example.com with subject "Return - ORDER NUMBER". We will assist you from there. Please allow 2 working days for us to process the inquiry.
To help us expedite this matter, do provide a clear photo and state the nature of the damage/wrongly sent item.

For the returned goods, we will provide the Prepaid PosLaju Consignment note.
