El Milagrito, is located in the lush, green region of Santa Barbara. The healthy soil in this area perfect for the plantation for coffee production. This farm became well known for producing 90+ cups during the Best of Honduran in 2018. The crop was sold to Project Origin then. Pedro Erazo, the farmer, is a highly respected coffee producers in Honduras.
92% of coffee from Honduras are produced by small holders. With the growth of the Specialty Coffee industry, producers such as Pedro Erazo benefits from this growth.
This coffee is fruity. When grounded, it produces the aroma of mango, passion fruit and roasted almonds. At first sip, the coffee produce a sweet flavour of passion fruit and strawberry with the aroma of roasted almond and dried fruit in the back.
