This is one of the most expensive Ethiopian coffee that we ever purchased and the taste is as good as the Ethiopian Geishas. This exceptional coffee is planted in village called Adola, in a Town of Mesina which is located in Guji.

The coffee is processed and exported by a well known coffee exporter Primrose coffee exporter. The coffee is produced by a various small holder farmers who owns land less than a hectare of farm. This lot is produced by 380 farmers from the Adola Village.  

A typical Anaerobic fermentation will take at least 72 hour before we could see a reaction in the water tank. This Guji Uraga on the other hand wen through a 48hour of fermentation, way below the 72hour mark. With that it produced an amazing complexity in the cup

In the cup, the ground coffee has a very tropical fruits aroma of Mango, Pineapple and tropical fruits. Look out for the bubblegum like sweetness as you sip the coffee. Its slight winey, juicy (almost similar to watermelon and floral aroma in the midsection. The coffee is sweet and aromatic
