Brazil Fazenda Cachoeira da Grama Yellow Bourbon Natural
Fazenda Chachoeira de Grama has been producing more than 110th crop. The farm has been around since 1890. Its is located just 3 miles from the Minas Gerais, another popular coffee producing state from Brazil. The farm is located at the Mogiana. The location is quite mountainous, the farm sits at an altitude of 1100 masl.
The farm is now taken care by Gabriel de Carvalho Dias, a leading agronomist in Brazil. The Carvalho Dias family owns a large land for his coffee plantation. In total is about 425 hectares, Fazenda Cachoeira has a foot print of 170 hectares.
This coffee is processed by the natural process and is roasted at a medium. We love the aroma of biscuits and roasted nuts when the coffee is in ground for. At first sip, we are able to detect, citrus, orange and lime in the cup with the aroma of peanut candy . The coffee is clean ,smooth and sweet. Lookout for the dark chocolate aftertaste lingering after each cup.
