"The dry fragrance of the coffee exhibits delightful notes of pomelo, grapefruit, peach, and white flowers. As you take a sip, the prominent flavors that greet your palate are those of pomelo and white grapefruit, complemented by subtle undertones of peach Calpis and gardenia. The texture of the coffee is remarkably smooth, reminiscent of a creamy yogurt drink, while the taste itself is sweet, full-bodied, and exquisitely aromatic"

Einar, the proprietor of Finca La Siberia, has been immersed in coffee cultivation since his early years, deeply influenced by the expertise passed down by his parents and grandparents. With over two decades of experience in his own coffee business, Einar has consistently pursued his goals of enhancing the quality of his coffee production.
In 2005, Einar participated in a coffee workshop alongside 26 other coffee growers from Tolima. Following the workshop, they collectively deliberated on their challenges and aspirations, leading to the establishment of a cooperative comprising all 26 individuals. The cooperative aimed to bolster coffee production and commercialization in the region. Ever since, Einar's primary motivation has been to cultivate specialty coffee that can be enjoyed by consumers worldwide.
The transition to producing specialty coffee has significantly transformed Einar's economic circumstances. The improvement in coffee quality is evident and has correspondingly resulted in higher prices received for their product.
